SpeakRight AI is an AI-powered presentation coaching platform that provides personalized feedback on presentation scripts, delivery, and communication skills. The Service includes conversational AI coaching, script analysis, audio and video recording analysis, and performance tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including scripts, recordings, documents, and chat messages ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant SpeakRight AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the pricing for your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The coaching feedback, analysis, and suggestions provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You should use your own judgment when applying any feedback or suggestions from the Service. SpeakRight AI does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpeakRight AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpeakRight AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeakRight AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
